I'm not a conspiracy theory guy either, but that's why I asked. His buddies ran in to take care of him, that would give them more than enough time to clean it up before help arrived. He had gauze on the side of his head, the ambulance people just ran in put a neck brace on, put him on a stretcher and left... once the media gets hold of the story, it doesn't matter what happened at the hospital or if they sent them back home with nothing. The damage was already done PR wise. Seriously, this guy is a known antifa operative who says fuck the cops on his Twitter account and 2 cops suspened over this bullshit? They yelled at them three times to stand back and he kept moving at him. They showed restraint.
I'm all for conspiracy theories, but wouldn't they find it in the ambulance or at the hospital?
They would have found it immediately. Theory is stupid.
Doesn't matter after they have the picture. They control the news. They control the narrative.

The only report I can find on the matter said that he was treated for a concussion, released from the hospital and is expected to recover.
The diagnosis of a concussion is clinically subjective, based on the complaints of the patient.
If he was hurt bad enough to have blood coming out his ear, he should still be in the hospital. Or in the morgue.
Unless they got some EMTs work for them. They will get rid of it.
