While 🙏🏻 is important President Trump is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about the silent majority. Just think back to 11/7/16 - “99% chance Hillary wins!” Bahahaha 😂. LET’S DO IT AGAIN!!! VOTE 🗳!!!
I make them try to sell Biden to me. I dont say I support trump but I flame the fuck out of Biden
"Idk about Biden man, doesnt he sniff kids?"
"Didnt Biden take 1.5 billion from China?"
"Biden cant string a sentence together reliably, why would i vote for that?"
That's the way to do it. If you frame yourself as their "enemy," a Trump supporter, they shut themselves off to anything you have to say. But if you don't fall into that trap, you can pry open some doors just by asking questions.
If someone says Trump is a racist?
"Well, man, I hear that a lot, but I just don't know. No one ever once called him racist before he ran for President, and even Jesse Jackson gave him an award for his contributions to the black community in America. I think the only other two recipients of that award were Muhammad Ali and Rosa Parks herself."
If that seems to alienate them too much, if the soft contradiction created by simply asking the question seems to make them hostile, de-escalate with some humor.
"Don't get me wrong, I'm not exactly his biggest fan. I hear the guy eats his steak well-done with ketchup! Who does that?"
I've found that this is way more effective at getting people thinking, just asking questions. Very, very few people's minds and opinions can be changed from the outside. It usually has to come from within. Asking questions, or casually and non-combatively pointing out little holes in what they believe, is the best way to make them change their own minds. At least, that's been the case for me.
You can change their mind by telling that the people in power lie all the time, so unless we critically examine what we're told we stand to be deceived. I've found this is reasonable enough to get people to listen to facts.
You know, this was one of the earliest approaches I've tried. Why wouldn't people with power lie here and there if it was convenient to them? But I'm routinely shocked at how little this seems to accomplish. I don't know if I'm just doing something wrong, or what, but it hasn't had the success I'd thought it would.
You're correct but holy shit...your method sounds like a psychiatrist gently trying to talk a patient into confronting their delusions. It's sad that things got this bad.
There was a time when people who disagreed with each other could talk civilly.
Now, if I don't agree with communism, that means I want people to starve to death and die in poverty. There can be no civil disagreement with the likes of me.
The hyper-polarization of our society is a fucking tragedy.
Haha, well, I wish I could take all the credit! I work in a pretty sizable (multiple thousands of employees) tech company where the "don't talk politics" policies are often ignored. The patience comes from just getting by in that kind of environment.
I saw a picture here of people wearing BLM shirts that said something like "If you aint with us, you're against us" or something like that. That kind of rhetoric is what makes me run to the gun store, no matter who is saying it.
Go off on them and ask them "Why would I want to vote for someone who passed laws on locking black people up? He's partially responsible for the number of blacks in prison, so NO... I'm not going to vote for a racist... I'm going to wait and see who is running as an independent.". Bonus points if you can pull up the video of Biden endorsing the law that Bill Clinton (is a rapist) passed along with the actual law itself.
There was a time in our country's history where I wouldn't be immediately canned by my leadership -- and blacklisted in the industry as much as they can manage -- if it were ever known that I disagreed with them politically over even the most minor thing. I wish I was old enough to have had any of my professional career overlap with it.
But I've also found that this works pretty well for getting people to ask important questions, so I'll take the victories where I can find them!
Yeah, I was just discussing this with my wife. I'm retired now so it is easy for me to voice my opinions without much repercussion. When I was working I made it a point to keep politics and religion out of the workplace. I had plenty of Democrat coworkers who would spew their retarded views and opinions all over the office, but I simply ignored them and never engaged. My wife is still working and that is what she does as well. If anyone had ever directly asked me though I would not hold back from telling the truth regardless of the repercussions, so with the current political climate it's probably fortunate that I'm retired now because I'd probably risk losing my job if it came down to that.
In your situation the smart move is to keep quiet and even agree with them if they force your hand. I don't think I could do the latter, so I'd be fucked.
Yeah the more I follow President Trump the more likely I tell someone straight up "I'm voting Trump", I don't give a shit no more and being black it's even more fun seeing liberals mind go haywire when I break it down WHY I support Trump.
Then I send them sources and youtube videos like Out of Shadows to start them on their path of curing their TDS.
I've got a pretty mixed bag on my end. Many of the Bernie guys and gals are on the "stop Trump at all costs" train and have decided to hold their noses while they pull the lever for Sniffin' Joe. Not all of them; I know a handful of planned write-ins, but only some.
They will be forced to take that side. They are being driven deep into the radical far Left corner by the monster they created. If they take anything other than an extremist approach to anything they lose their radical extremist voters.
OK. Maybe we are fool ourselves with Trump's what - 24 - consecutive wins. He didn't have to stick his neck out of anyone. But he has. And they all won.
I like to do the I dunno game and they are all bad.
If they are a fucking leftist. Typically, I get usually an angry/hostile response and they are already on edge/suspicious I'm a going to vote Trump/republican. Standard rules of engagement apply here. Don't engage till you know them. To what extent are you willing to engage knowing they can turn this aspect of your life into a warzone. Like work.
If they are truly on the fence and I get a "I don't know either, it's tough." Red fucking pill time. All of 'em are lined up. A little bit of comedy and memes to get under whatever TDS they got. And then slip in some shocking stuff. Sustained communication as needed there after. I'm always showing some folk at work the crazy riots and how the police are being told to stand down.
If they are fake liberal. You know, they claim they are of a political party, but have no clue what they are all about and are generally nice and calm even after stating their political affiliation. I usually ask them to talk a bit about the democrats at all levels. Then you sorta drop some knowledge based on what issues or policies they talk about. Talk shit about Biden being a creepy pedo, but in a nice joking way. How some of them are voting to defund police or other budget schemes to give money BLM and ignore other minorities. And so forth and so forth.
Had a good conversation with my son, who is a Bernie bro and is very disenfranchised with the dnc and thinks biden is hopeless. Claims he doesn't like the way Trump talks and is so 'racist'. When I told him how his words always get messed with he needed to listen to him for himself because I have never heard Pres. Trump say anything even close to racist unless I heard it in MSM. He sat back and thought about that. Then said, Well hes racist against people in the middle east. I just laughed.
But why should I want a world where everything continually gets better for everyone, when instead I could point and scream at Whitey while my neighbors burn down my home and business???
I might have voted for a libertarian or another republican before the corona-virus, lockdowns, and riots. However, he's shown himself to be a strong leader despite being attacked and undermined 24/7, and not being a tyrant despite now having TWO major opportunities to capitalize on fear for more government power.
I might think he's a giant troll on twitter and not the most "diplomatic" but that's probably the least important thing right now. If Trump can take care of social-media bias and manipulation in some way, maybe a Libertarian or Independent candidate might be viable in the next 4-12 years.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
While 🙏🏻 is important President Trump is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about the silent majority. Just think back to 11/7/16 - “99% chance Hillary wins!” Bahahaha 😂. LET’S DO IT AGAIN!!! VOTE 🗳!!!
The Silenced Majority
Thats the only way the left can advance anything they believe in
Perfect. This is perfect. Captures it all in 3 words.
Trump should do Twitter polls on policies, it would be a great way to get the real public’s opinion
His followers are filled with bots
Twitter is international, even without bots it would be impossible to know how many non-americans were voting.
I would never trust Dorsey not to mess with the results.
In fact I think all of twitter inc would be giddy about the opportunity to change the results.
Yeah I guess you’re right there
When people ask me who I'm voting for? I answer like a good little Millennial: "Oh, well, I wanted Bernie but I'd rather Biden than Trump..."
I'm not the only one here in "enemy" territory doing this, and Trump knows it.
I make them try to sell Biden to me. I dont say I support trump but I flame the fuck out of Biden
"Idk about Biden man, doesnt he sniff kids?" "Didnt Biden take 1.5 billion from China?" "Biden cant string a sentence together reliably, why would i vote for that?"

Well once they acknowledge this you tell them what the lies are. And show them. I've redpilled pretty staunch lefties this way.
You're correct but holy shit...your method sounds like a psychiatrist gently trying to talk a patient into confronting their delusions. It's sad that things got this bad.

Bless you for having the patience to do that, because I sure don't.

Inkwell, I'm sorry that I can only up-vote your comment once. You deserve a brick.
I saw a picture here of people wearing BLM shirts that said something like "If you aint with us, you're against us" or something like that. That kind of rhetoric is what makes me run to the gun store, no matter who is saying it.
It works because even the Bernie Bros flame Biden. They hate Biden and most will not vote for him.
Go off on them and ask them "Why would I want to vote for someone who passed laws on locking black people up? He's partially responsible for the number of blacks in prison, so NO... I'm not going to vote for a racist... I'm going to wait and see who is running as an independent.". I unapologetically say Trump. Or I tell them I'm a felon and cant vote.
I always say Trump, 100 percent.
Fuck em.....
I just won’t say it online on Facebook...mostly because I had to delete Facebook
No one ever asks me, but I would never hide my support for President Trump, and if they don't like it they can cry me a river.
There was a time in our country's history where I wouldn't be immediately canned by my leadership -- and blacklisted in the industry as much as they can manage -- if it were ever known that I disagreed with them politically over even the most minor thing. Most of the Bernie Bros I know refuse to vote for Biden. They either won't vote at all or will write in Bernie.
I've got a pretty mixed bag on my end. Many of the Bernie guys and gals are on the "stop Trump at all costs" train and have decided to hold their noses while they pull the lever for Sniffin' Joe. Not all of them; I know a handful of planned write-ins, but only some.
If the demonrats are going to be on the side with the radical idea of defund the police then they will lose BIGLY
They will be forced to take that side. They are being driven deep into the radical far Left corner by the monster they created. If they take anything other than an extremist approach to anything they lose their radical extremist voters.
Equal justice for the political class.
Trump endorsees will continue to be elected until our demands are met.
Right? Seems lie they ought to recognize that.
OK. Maybe we are fool ourselves with Trump's what - 24 - consecutive wins. He didn't have to stick his neck out of anyone. But he has. And they all won.
But sure. No big deal. Happens all the time.
I like to do the I dunno game and they are all bad.

This is the BEST comment I've EVER seen on how to persuade.
Thank you so much for what you do to bring people to our cause.
You are awesome.
MAGA!
They're only the 'Silent' Majority because the minority are screaming their heads off so loud that it makes it hard to hear anything else.
Was Live PD really cancelled?
Had a good conversation with my son, who is a Bernie bro and is very disenfranchised with the dnc and thinks biden is hopeless. Claims he doesn't like the way Trump talks and is so 'racist'. Yes, as a member of the Silent Majority, I rate this list at a 110% agreed!
If only we could bring some law and order to the halls of Congress...it's where we need it most.
Gotta find that guy who was arguing with me yesterday about how I wasn’t the silent majority. Well well checkmate...
I would like to add
A world with out liberals
But why should I want a world where everything continually gets better for everyone, when instead I could point and scream at Whitey while my neighbors burn down my home and business???
We're not really silent. It's just that nobody listens to us.
It's like he's speaking my language.
Peace and Prosperity for every American
Not necessarily in that order but yes, this
I might have voted for a libertarian or another republican before the corona-virus, lockdowns, and riots. 461 k likes? Ouch!
There are thousands and thousands protesting but we are a country of 300+ million that just want to move on from Corona and these fucking riots
Seems pretty simple.
Bingo
Most especially Number 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trump should do Twitter polls on policies, it would be a great way to get the real public’s opinion
The majority is silent because we are terrified for our jobs, social lives, and safety.
I agree completely, the silent majority stands with Trump. Vote for Donald Trump even if you think he will do well in your state.
So the Silent Majority are just the sane people in the country.
YES WE DO!!!
