Commie Revolutionary Strategy - a Case Study in Chile

As many of you may not remember, the insurrection process you are suffering right now is very similar to the one that happened in my country, Chile. We've been living hell since the 18th of October 2019.
In this thread, I am going to tell you what happened in my country in an attempt to predict the left's targets and objective during the artificial uprising in the USA. Here we go:
Phase 0: Indoctrination and fabrication of the narrative
Schools and Universities openly teach and portray socialism and the state as god and saviors while capitalism as the ultimate evil.
Persecution of politically incorrect figures
Disregard of fact and statistics
Stablishment of armed paramilitary groups.
Antagonisation of economically successful figures (not even talking about rich people here)
Demonization of police and military.
These things are important because: The young and stupid will be the cannon fodder, a demoralized political opposition will not talk, facts will be ignored and the non-rich will demand redistribution of wealth from the rich. Send the police and/or military to control the attacks gets automatic disapproval from the common folk because of the demonization.
In the case of the USA (from what I know) they where not so successful to antagonize the small entrepreneur or the military, but they definitely did achieved to label the police as racist. Every other point was achieved.
Well, phase 0 is seen through pretty much in the entire western world, so nothing new here. Lets see what happen once they launch their first strike.
Phase 1: Initial attack - Destruction of the lower/middle class life.
Destruction of over 40 subway stations with chemicals that are not available in Chile.
Destruction of surface public transport, hundreds of buses burned and used as roadblocks.
Nationwide looting of every single store that could be looted.
Destruction of large and small businesses
Destruction of basic services, emergency services and communication towers. In Chile they attacked ambulances and firefighters when they where off-camera and achieved some blackout. They unsuccessfully tried to attack power suppliers and water treatment centers.
Use of organized shock force (it was called "primera linea" in Chile) to confront police and riot control forces.
Glorification of said shock force, by stating that they are fighting the demonic police.
Supply help to the shock force. In Chile, trucks shamelessly carried rocks, bricks, hammers and pneumatic drills to the hordes.
THIS IS WHERE YOU ARE.
As far as I know, the subway attacks where prevented and you even found the chemicals, good job. But every other thing seems to been carried out. BLM and Antifa are glorified in the media and celebrities are taking pride in bailing looters. The destruction and overall lowering of quality of life is necessary for a future Phase.
So, where do we move from here?
Phase 2: The demands
Redirect any actual problems the country is living and blame the constitution and it's foundations.
Push the narrative that the current constitution is illegitimate
Convince the public that any problem can be solved with a new constitution
This phase is rather short, but it's the tip of the spear when we talk about the common protester. You see, you just can't convince the average Joe to protest with all it's energy on some problem that he has no clue how to solve. But give him something to blame, give him an answer, and the fire within him will reignite. He'll fell that all of this have a purpose again!
In my country, our constitution was written under Pinochet, but was reformed at many times over the years. The last time it was reformed, leftist hugged one another saying literally "At last, we have a constitution that represent the people!". And yet, here we are.
In the case of the USA, I can totally see how the left will push the narrative that your current constitution is racist because those who wrote it were all white. Once that is established, they will offer the solution: To strip all of your freedoms.
Phase 3: Destruction of law and order.
Use the media and politicians to convince the population that ANY (yes any) kind of violence toward protesters is illegitimate and a violation of human rights
Questioning of lethal equipment
Ban of lethal equipment and with this, military pretense
Questioning of non-lethal equipment
Ban of rubber bullets and with this, police are effectively just pushing bags
Questioning of other anti-riot gear available (tear gas, and others)
Ban of anti-riot equipment (this was tried, but it was unsuccessful in my country)
Organization of human right watch and others are key here. In Chile, they were shameless agents of supervention. Only registering police brutality and ignoring the literal burning of the city. Thankfully, Trump does a short job when it's about exposing fake news.
In the case of Chile, they pushed the narrative that our cops where deliberately aiming to the eyes with the rubber pellets. In fact, there where over 200 (from a universe of 3000 injured) eye injuries registered (and over 190 recovered), but this was used by the left to establish the slogan that the cops wanted you to go blind. Funnily enough, I remember some protest in India (Kashmir) where there where more eye injures than persons injured.
Once the human rights agents start to oversee the protests, best thing you can do is to film them back and call them out.
Phase 4: Extortion
Left politicians start to demand a plebiscite for a new and inclusive constitution.
The total chaos caused during Phase 1, destroyed businesses, unemployment and an absolutely demoralized police force, will force the government to negotiate.
Crush any sign of disagreement with violent protest, public lynching of political figures and more destruction.
Government and opposition comes to an agreement, there'be a plebiscite where the people vote whatever the constitution stays as it is, or it is written.
You may think that it's all over on this point, but that's not the case. They only achieved a date where the constitution would be discarded or not. The left will be very aggressive with this campaign though.
Phase 5: Propaganda
Useful idiots are no longer necessary, only shock forces are enough.
Establish by force that the new constitution is the morally correct choice.
Lynch anyone who objects.
This is where my country is right now, my country, my city, my friends lives. Destroyed. At this point, the (((public opinion))) still is that the morally superior choice is the new constitution. But I had talked to many people affected by all this and they all agree, they were wrong, so so wrong, but they can not say a thing or (((they))) will come to burn them down.
So we wait here in my country to the date of the plebiscite. The day were we'll find out if all that violence, all that extortion worked or not.
Realistically speaking, something like these would not work in the USA because your self-defense laws are not cu cked as ours. But that does not mean they can not bring your country to ruin if that mean an additional fear-vote.
After the Baltimore riots a few years back the police cut way back on patrols in black neighborhoods and crime exploded.
