Most older cops have been no problem. They respond to courtesy with courtesy. I did have a bad experience with a young Sheriff's officer when a crazy driver caused an accident and I simply wanted to leave my name as a witness. I wasn't about to let the crazy driver lie about causing the accident. But he ran me off for some reason and acted like I was a nuisance.

But he could be a good guy having a bad day or a kid who needs to be in another profession. We all know people that shouldn't be doing the jobs they are doing. Cops are human too.
