I don't understand how mobs of Democrat voters looting and burning Democrat-run cities is somehow a win for their side.

I mean, CNN, MSNBC and the New York Times will declare it a win for their side - but they don't actually control the minds of even a large minority of the average people out there.

The idea is that people will associate Trump with chaos and vote for Dems. This is why the lockdown was a bad idea. You can't say Trump = good economy anymore.

Fauci + Riots is a pretty ingenious plan. Democrats have made being conservative illegal. This is what they have been trying to do in the UK for a while now - and have been fairly successful.

But the Democrats have done it. Church - Illegal - Family Gatherings - Illegal - Working - Illegal. Political Rallies - Illegal. And not just in the blue states - Red States as well. I live in Texas. Places like Austin are NOT FULLY OPEN - not by a long shot.

Trump didn't do the lockdown. Democrat governors did the lockdown in Democrat states.

If there are some voters who are so stupid that they think the President is some kind of God who can lock down the whole country by his command - there is nothing you can do about that. That said, Trump didn't help the cause when he kept saying that he had the power to lockdown the country - when he didn't.

As far as Austin - I live in NYC, I have never been to Texas - but even I know that Austin is not representative of Texas. Isn't every white progressive in Texas kind of shoehorned into Austin ? The mayor must be a progressive there, right ?

Actually all big cities in Texas are fairly progressive. Sad to say... Lefties score a lot of points with their typical "its not your fault - its their fault" mantra. People love the idea of being blameless for any problems they might be having.

Austin has large numbers of naive college students who are anxious to change the world.. I lived in NYC for 15 years - sad to see what it has become..

Austin is the capital and has a number of progressives there. Largely because the largest university in the state is there as well as software developers from the SiCo valley and Amazon's pet Whole Foods. Not all--the rest are typically in the major cities of Houston, San Antonio, Dallas and Fort Worth, El Paso, the border towns. The mayor is a demrat. Limited to 2 four year terms. Most of the references you can easily search fail to mention that Addler is a demrat.

Democrat Party slogan 2020 :

"Vote Democrat or we unleash the rioters again"
