I like the hand shadow forming the donkey head...it's extremely clever. I'd give you an "A" for that alone. It's so subtle I almost missed it
Visually--- the field is a bit busy. Simplify it a bit and it will have a greater impact. You're saying a lot in what will be a small visual space -- unless you're planning on doing posters too. That would do better for posters I think.
Oh so you know my degree is in Fine Arts so I have some experience in art critique.

You're very skilled. I'm a painter -- so, I'm more familiar with oils. I imagine though that design elements would not differ too significantly.
