when the covid cultists made everyone work from home, blue state shithole dwellers were like, "if i have to work from home, why is my home here?" and now, in montana, only the most overpriced homes stay on the market longer than 24hrs.
As I said elsewhere in here: "You'd best turn that shit box around and drive it right back on up I-95, buddy. Don't bring your failed politics down here."
Lol. I actually make it a point to get into politics with any new person I've met that comes from New York, I always ask why they are leaving. If it's something related to the Dems retardedness I chip away at that.
My wife and I had our accepted offer bounce because of the covid nightmare, which left us re-entering the market. Townhomes that we would have offered $375k for are easily hitting $400k and it's been less than two months since we started. Our market here is bullish and I only expect it to get more so through the election and beyond.
I'm in South Florida, but not Miami. Let's just say I'm looking forward to the day our glorious leader finishes saving the world and retires to his home down here because I think I'll bump into him from time to time (jk but I'm close)
These New Yorkers are destroying the home market in my town, places are selling within hours of being listed... sometimes sight unseen.

You live in liberal lands, you pay for liberal idiocy.
I live in Florida, it's red for now and we LOVE Trump down here. Nothing we can do about carpetbaggers though.

Your comment is indicative of a bullish (sellers) market, no?

May I ask where your home market is?

Chicago has been doing the same thing to Southwest Michigan. The locals have no chance of competing. The housing market only cooled due to the virus.
