That's partially true but most I know don't really overspend because they really have no money to overspend with when you only have $100 to spend a week on food, gas, etc because your full time job barely covers rent.
lost my last job because boomer management was stealing tip money and thought it was me talking about it so they found a reason to get rid of me.
