The silent majority is hitting a tipping point. I feel it myself as well, the hypocrisy and double standards shown during these riots proves we’ve been lied to. Ignoring it proves you are a sheep, it’s just too blatant.

The questions is, what happens next? Defunding the police would be a very interesting next step.

Things get complicated if you mix in the gangs, who are also well-armed. You've seen what they are capable of with the police available. No police means that those violent thugs can do what they want all day.

35
SpaceRussian 35 points ago +35 / -0

Basically major cities will come to resemble literal war zones as gangs and Neighborhood Militias fight over the city.

32
Supersaiyanbroly737 32 points ago +32 / -0

Neighborhood Militias have to go to their day jobs during the day.

Gangsta Thugs have all day. Lootin' and rapin' is their full time job, along with the occasional drug running. Not just talking about Chicago and LA gang here, those drug cartels and MS-13 have firepower, too (thanks Obama).

9
AtariArtist 9 points ago +9 / -0

Not really. Militias are easily fundable. And cheap. Crowdfunding is a simple option. A forward thinking millionare could easily fund an army.

It's not just about numbers, but organization. They are allowed to organize. We aren't.

16
Phil_Selway 16 points ago +17 / -1

I'm from a country with very strong organized crime and narco-terrorists. They're very organized, have millions (maybe billions) in assets, and they're still shit at shooting or anything resembling tactics.

Only exception are bank robbers. But those are few and far between.

The police dont have teeth to go after armed gangs the way vigilantes would. Protocol, rules, warrants, etc. I group of well trained patriots with AR15s and no qualms about killing could make short work of criminals. We outnumber them severely.

7
MightyBright 7 points ago +7 / -0

This is absolutely true. Everyone in the community knows that one trash family in the neighborhood that lives off crime and welfare handouts that the police never do anything about. A gang of pissed off locals could solve the problem in an afternoon if the government weren't keeping private citizens on such a short leash.

2
mugatucrazypills 2 points ago +2 / -0

Your 1 lib neighbor will turn you in and testify on behalf of the cartel.

They'll say the drug Lord was a cancer researcher and his racist neighbors killed him right before the cure arrived.

Supersaiyanbroly737 13 points ago +14 / -1

But you have to go to work during the day. Those thugs' main source of livelihood is too loot your houses. And they have all day.

You don't have to imagine what happens without a police force. It's already happening elsewhere. Parts of Mexico (where the cartel owns the police). Africa and their tribal wars.

That's the funniest part of all this. In a world without police, they would be absolutely obliterated. The only thing that is keeping them safe is law and order.

Take a look at how the cops and system always let Antifa off, while punishing groups like the Proud Boys. And how they let rioters off, but send people to jail for defending themselves. If someone knew they could shoot these piece of shit looters and extremists without consequences, they'd be gone in a week at most.

The questions is, what happens next? Defunding the police would be a very interesting next step.

LOL, like leftists want to stop government spending.

LOL.

This is a plan for a nationalized police force.

Of course, they can't just come out and say that. No one would go for it. Instead, they make some grandiose promises of 'social workers' who posses un-naturally fast physical response times and will then just 'talk it out' with all involved and 'provide all necessary resources' to help solve the conflict.....

Except that the city and state can't afford this ultra cool and progressive 'community police force', so now it becomes a 'federal responsibility' to pay for it. All of a sudden, not providing people with an outright symbol of fascism (nationalized police) is considered 'racist' and 'xenophobic'. And the NPCs will nod in agreement to all of it.

19
HaleyNunes2024 19 points ago +19 / -0

It's a scary possibility. Seems like it's been in the works for awhile. Obama selected Minneapolis as a 'test city' for federal policing.

Leftists/Globalists use street protests/violence like a thermostat, because their foot soldiers are collectivists, they can ramp up the heat and turn it down pretty gradually and consistently.

Individualists on the Right are harder to manipulate in incremental steps, unlike the left's thermostat, the right tends to be an on/off switch. God help us if they keep pushing to the point that god fearing patriots feel they are at the point they need to go hot, because it will be swift, brutal and bloody. And sadly it's tough to get the switch turned off once it is tripped.

May cooler heads prevail.

4
Libertysheimdall1 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm afraid the problem has now transcended politics. DC chews up good people with good intentions and turns them into vampires feeding on the rest of America. The problem is not who is elected, but the entire structure of the government itself. Without term limits on politicians and a similar limit on lifelong bureaucrats, this problem is now BEYOND THE POWER OF POLITICS TO SOLVE.

I hope I'm wrong. But I fear I'm right.

1
TEXinLA 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's true. But many Republicans don't view their seats as lifetime employment.

The ballot harvesting in Orange County contributed to the D House takeover. Stop that and it will change.

IncredibleMrE1 68 points ago +68 / -0

Hundreds of thousands of Americans under threat of jailtime were denied the right to hold funeral and/or memorial services for their loved ones who died of the WuFlu, while watching Fentanyl Floyd's corpse get a national televised tour and violent terrorists quite literally get out of jail free.

I think this, if nothing else, will be the tipping point come November.

43
Slick_Willy 43 points ago +43 / -0

It was the Fent that killed him, the cop should not have knelt on him for 8 minutes, the other 2 were holding down a guy that had been fighting like a crazy meth head.

If I was a cop I would retire or quit ASAP, you WILL be held liable and jailed if a fucking POS junky dies while you are near him.

All 4 cops could spend their lives behind bars because of a junky POS that kidnaps pregnant women to rob them while holding a gun to her belly.

22
Supersaiyanbroly737 22 points ago +22 / -0

I hold the same opinion but it's not very popular even here.

Dude was on excitable delirium. What are you going to do to a man with superhuman strength that you can't reason with? Dude was in cuffs but they can't keep him in the patrol car.

There's a reason druggies are dangerous. And I think use of force is acceptable to deal those high as a kite or violent drunks. Their fault for going out in public while intoxicated.

6

The cell phone video that started everything didn't show that, probably honestly.

The store's camera footage did show the full thing, but for some strange reason, the TV news only shows the part of it before he starts fighting.

It is like no one learned anything at all from the Rodney King incident.

5
Aambrick 5 points ago +5 / -0

To be honest I do feel for the family, but logically it is no different than when a drunkard gets into a car and starts driving which, depending on the time of day, can either be only that person getting hurt or a run through of a bunch of people with a lot of them dying.

Don't know how to feel about it, but logically that should say enough of it.

6
247MAGA 6 points ago +7 / -1

I think it was the fentanyl too.. that cop is what, 150 lbs? Half that on the back/side-back of his neck should not be enough to kill him... the /pols also pointed out that floyd pissed himself very early into the pin-down... I think he swallowed the white baggie of drugs he was trying to hide and OD'd.

What do you all think of the mugshot of the cop looking like a different person? The outer ear is wrong shape it seems, plus mugshot looks way younger...

I just remembered a book I never got around to reading and I'm going to order it now.

Called 'Don't Make the Black Kids Angry:' The hoax of black victimization and those who enable it. by Colin Flaherty.

Flaherty's had a LOT of shit thrown his way for being brutally honest about crime and race, but he started out as a big defender of people wronged by the cops.

Who wouldn't be? We all hate injustice.

3

Ah sweet to see him mentioned here. Defund the police ... so that death squads can roam the streets, so that wealth inequality equals a license to openly persecute your rivals, so that gangs and tribal factions can take control of the streets and extract protection money, so that rapists might never fear reprisal if they can only pay off the protection money required to keep themselves safe, so that scammers and rip off artists can have free reign.

Fuck these anarchist millenials.

6
AtariArtist 6 points ago +6 / -0

Did they forget this was an election year? The Dems are going to look in horror come that time as the videos of their smiles, laughter and dancing are displayed to a person with a ballot in their hand and a choice to make. I understand Don knows the art of war very well and follows the principle of "do not correct the enemy when they are making a mistake", but who could have guessed they'd sink this low? That's my best guess as to why he hasn't dropped the hammer, if he wanted to win now he easily could have. The plan is clearly for later and we know this man is the god of trump cards, it's in his name and DNA.

11
AtariArtist 11 points ago +11 / -0

They are doing this BECAUSE it's an election year. This whole shitstorm is a PAC funded hoax event. Similar to the ones done in 2016 - which blew up in their face.

This one will blow up even more spectacularly - mostly because the DNC strategists are completely isolated from most of the US and have zero - and I mean zero ways to predict outcomes because they're operating in an echo-chamber.

These idiots are so un-self-aware that they aren't even talking to anyone on the other side of political spectrum - so they'll always be surprised when it doesn't go their way.

Their failure-mode is at an all time high. This is a good thing.

3
CMDRConanAAnderson 3 points ago +4 / -1

Yeah, it's almost as if they have him trapped, but by doing nothing Dems continue to lose. Imagine thinking you can beat a lifelong businessman in the game of patience. Notice Trump is hardly taking any of the serious blame or mudslinging from this. That along with the fact that these protests only persist in hard liberal counties. That's one of the reasons people are counting on those shady new kids in town to initiate a false flag operation to get something going.
