It depends on the club and the clientele. Most states don't issue security guard cards to convicts, but you don't need one as a bouncer. If you have a tough club, you need people tougher than the patrons.

Personally, I've worked with two men that had been convicted of manslaughter. One was Okay, the other.... not so much.

I don't know anything about the REASON, but it does seem personal rather than racial, considering they knew each other. Not that that will make the slightest difference to the Pantie-Fa terrorists or the BLM criminals trying to destroy our country.
