Also there is usually an increase in new house listings in the spring, especially in areas that get cold and snowy winters. Houses look a lot better from the outside when there is green grass and flowers in bloom.

Stillwater is a yuppie would-be resort town on the river and Hudson is over the Wisconsin border, it's a small town.
At the upper left, St. Michael and Albertville are an hour away on a GOOD day (with traffic), Buffalo (extreme upper left) is maybe 40-45 miles from downtown.
That large splotch of blue at 9:00 on the map is Lake Minnetonka, it's surrounded by multimillion dollar homes, they're not going anywhere. Anything west of that is pretty much small towns.
This is the best thing that ever happened to America. Let's encourage all disaffected minorities to move to Minneapolis. And let's encourage them to get rid of the police.
Highly productive, successful people do not really need the police much in their lives. We can get together with our communities and hire a local police force for protection from outside threats. It's the least productive and most problematic amongst us that really need the police in their communities. No police means criminal gangs will take over the running of these communities and extort people out of their money.

It is only showing 500 of the 1400+ houses that came online in the last 7 days. That is a lots of houses. People are moving out of the state.
Hopefully they have to redraw the districts since everyone moved out and ilhan brother fker loses her seat.

That’s not Minneapolis. That’s the entire 7 county twin cities metro area as well as part of western Wisconsin.
