From my ccw class they made it very clear you cannot fire just bc you’re being beaten up. You have to be in fear for your life, not just injured.

All that’s up to the jury to decide, but i wanted to clarify what’s being taught. Someone reaching into your car will likely not convince a jury that deadly force was your only option.
