Totally different groups and structures. I agree if ANTIFA is targeted there will be a counter targeting of those groups, but the key difference between a "domestic" terror group and a "foreign" terror group is due process and public trials.
ANTIFA could be scrambling right now and fleeing to non-extradition countries and we normies wouldn't know it if they were doing so to hide their big business connections.
