Yang is retarded. I listened to his book in Audio format. He takes a long look at a lot of shit, then walks the wrong fucking way. His ideas of UBI are far too early now to be stable. It would fail badly, and then when it would be needed later on when Automation and AI make it needed, the previous failure would have left such a bad taste in peoples mouths that reinstituting it would be far harder. I don't argue that UBI is inevitable, and will do some good. I argue that it is still too early and will fail.
