This weekend, I took my two-year-old out to enjoy the nice weather, coronavirus be damned. I live in a very blue city. Only other person there was another dad also with his little daughter. My girl and his gave each other a hug, which is more or less the only form of socializing kids this age are capable of... :-)

A conversation ensues about “Are you okay with the girls touching?” Turns out the guy is as suspicious as I am about the restrictions, can’t help seeing the double standard in churches vs protests. Both of us agree it all feels like an attempt to damage Trump in 2020, no matter the casualties. He’s a big 2A guy, ready to defend his family if things go bad.

Pedes, this NEVER happens in my city. I don’t have a single local friend who’s MAGA. I tell my new friend all about TD.win, he says he’ll check it out. And we say our goodbyes.

In retrospect I should have known this guy is MAGA. Neither of us was wearing a mask!!
