I consider the looting to be the reparations. Hope those handbags from Coach and Air Jordan's erased the pain.
Would actually be a stimulus for construction, auto, and other big ticket industries. All of these are operated by "greedy hungry capitalist entrepreneurs".
BTW, that description comes from Graduate School Econ Professor. Was one of my favorites.
