I've been saying this for a long, long time. Remove peoples right to vote if they are on any form of a government handout. IE Welfare, food stamps, WIC.
At the very least in the case of long term or repeat filers who are able bodied and able minded. I wouldn’t mind an exception for a first time-short term (say 3-6 months?) situation only receiving a first strike. Anything after that you’d lose it until employed again.
