Today De Blasio vowed to reduce funding for the NYPD. I don't live there ...BUT...my cousin Mike was a detective for the NYPD on 9/11. He spent the majority of that day running in and out of the twin towers getting people out. He's dead now -- of cancer due to breathing in all that smoke and ash that day.

Those brats who yelled, "pigs in a blanket etc." aren't fit to wipe my cousin's shoes --nor that of any other officer or fire fighter who served that day.

Some of those kids were very young and don't remember -- but the politicians -- especially that loudmouth, "somebody did something" know perfectly well they are spitting on Michael's grave by defaming his fellow officers and also claiming a legacy of past abuses excluding all heroic actions.

NOTHING would make me happier than for the next White House press conference to show a video of our police and firemen in action that day to REMIND THE PRESS WHO THEY ARE CRUCIFYING.

I am not asking for much --just that. And if anyone in the White House reads this board please do this for all the officers and firemen who ran into the twin towers that day and dug through the rubble on the following day searching for survivors.

Remind the people who was there for them when they needed them the most.
