-2 is that they plan to STEAL the election and they can then point to these polls as indicators that they did not steal the election.
We need a federal police presence at ALL poling locations this November (at least two officers per location to monitor the ballot collecting and handling). You can even go one step further and not tell the federal officers which polls they will be watching until the day of the election so they can't be 'gotten to' and bribed to look the other way in advance.
