It's no coincidence that communism and socialism is more popular in academics and other Democratic run orgs in the last few decades as the Chinese economy grew.
I don't know about that last part. The underlying communist disease within academia has its roots in Soviet meddling during the cold war and not in maoism.
Besides which China's modern version of communism seems to have more in common with national socialism than Soviet communism. It's extremely nationalist and imperialist in nature and doesn't really share the same worldview that the bolsheviks had.

Agree. I think it will come back, not necessarily old vBulletin style forums, but some new kind of paradigm entirely. Reddit has a good model, just bad leadership. I think sites like TheDonald could do well. Maybe in the future we will see something like this but with subforums, like a general politics discussion and then subforums for things like weapons, entrepreneurship, investing, fitness - the SJWs have their networks in Silicon Valley and (((Wall Street))) that will help them, so might as well have a network that works in our favor for a change.

A comic strip that is very hard left and always screaming Orange Man Bad actually took a moment to reflect on Biden's "you're not black" comment and call him out for the idiot that he is. A hard left comic strip broke away from the leftist narrative, that's amazing.
A comic strip that usually features police officer characters showcased kids singing along to a song about the police and their invaluable work. The author subtlely and indirectly voiced support for our law enforcement in a time when doing so would get you fucking cancelled.

When I heard 1000 people were killed in total from all races by the police I was mostly impressed. You know that number includes people that shot at the police and things like that too. That’s an impressively low number. It’s as if the police are afraid to use excessive force through a combination of being good people and being afraid of being called racist.
Any new government program should come with an expiration date. We then have to vote on it again to keep it going, with the default being that if we don’t it’ll go under and everybody’s laid off. That won’t take care of all of them, but it will at least cause many to go under.
Government programs probably have a 1% success rate. They’ll pull your heart strings and make a big stink, then they get millions, then they’ll fail to deliver and blame it on needing more millions and call you heartless for even bringing it up.
Government inflation’s likely one of our top problems right now. I’m not a libertarian, but I’d be fine privatizing or doing away with probably 90% of government programs and government run things. Every road in America should be pothole free before we hire a single social worker for BLM. Having learned recently that silence is violence, I am sad that they are remaining mostly silent about this though, and thus are committing violence against these vulnerable communities. Hopefully after we defund the police a social worker can come by and stop their violent acts.

Even if you could find a way to make absolutely certain no police officer ever accidentally killed a black man ever again, it would make almost no impact whatsoever on what it really means to be a black man in the city.
