The Texas Tribune is publishing something W's official spokesperson called a lie on the record. The New York Times cites, "people familiar with his thinking." Note that the Times doesn't even claim George W. Bush told these people that, just that these unnamed sources claim to know what he is thinking. This is not the "quality journalism" the Tribune claims to be striving for.
