He tried to get rid of rules that protected bad public school teachers from getting fired but the public service unions ran campaigns against him and he lost those battles. He also had to deal with a Democrat super majority in the state legislature, so the only way to get conservative measures passed was through the voter-initiated ballot propositions.
Just don’t make the mistake we did and swap her out for a RINO like Arnold. It didn’t do much good.
