I'm not sure I can speak about Seattle Police as an institution but like all leaders in Washington, and yes I'm looking at you Chelan County Commissioners, they are spineless cowards who can only be described as political cuckolds. They'd let Jey Inslee completely screw over their counties and cities and not even try to fight back.
