Isn't there something in U.S. military regulations that specifically forbids the military from getting involved in politics while on the job?
More troubling is that the Pentagon "leadership" has completely lost sight of what the military is about. As the old saying goes: "the military's job is to kill the enemy and break their stuff."
Recent insubordination and politicking by the top brass also sends a terrible message to hostile nations such as Iran, Russia, China, and North Korea. It gives the appearance that the U.S. is a politically fractured joke, with military leadership that would rather figure out ways to demolish its own national history and avoid offending minorities than figure out how to keep a strategic edge over the enemy.
Looks like we also have a Swamp to clean up in the military. The cancer of Obama's administration remains with us and it needs to be removed.
Radiation therapy scheduled WHEN?
I'm gonna be straight with you and tell you that it was bullshit that President Wilson's military named Ft. Bragg after it's namesake.
Guess we should bring back the Confederate flag and designate a Southern capital, then.
