Florida lobsters don't have the big claws and people expect that. In Florida most people eat Maine Lobster. Florida lobsters don't have the big claws and people expect that. It's mostly branding.
Which is sad, because gulf lobster is sweet and tender and wonderful, and in my humble opinion much nicer than Maine lobster which seems to be popular mostly due to fashion.
