How about you stop telling people what they should conclude and start discussing with people your ideas and convince people that you're right...

I personally think most vaccines are helpful but everyone should have the right to make up their own mind. If you want to make a difference then do your research and use your mouth to convince people, otherwise your repetition of conclusory statements is worthless.
