Right, but this video could mean the difference between 2nd degree and 3rd degree murder. Because he was resisting and fighting non-stop, the police held him down until (ambulance arrived?). Was that so unreasonable now? It will likely still be found negligent because of the knee on his neck for so long, but should not be 2nd degree murder.
The part of video everyone is screaming to see is the part where Floyd got out of the cop car from the other side and started trying to walk away.... Then he was detained again and started going into OD I can't breathe mode. The cops THEN had to force his ass to the ground and place the knee on him to keep him from going completely fucking berserk in the middle of an intersection.
