That's wrong. The body cam footage reveals that they were showing concern for Floyd's condition, and life. One cop said he was worried about "excited delirium, or whatever", essentially worried about Floyd freaking out, and wanted turn him over. Then Chauvin said "no, it's why we're keeping him on his stomach". He must have thought it was a better position to keep Floyd from freaking out. Right or wrong, either way, it shows they were concerned for Floyd's life.
