Honestly there's footage floating out there, but it's heavily redacted. What the heck? Huge floating black boxes? Is there any hope in thinking a jury would get to see the unredacted footage? I want to see if he was violent with the police or not
I'm pretty sure the defense will be able to insist on showing the unedited footage if they so choose. It's wildly illegal for a prosecutor to have pertinent evidence and not share it with the defense. And the defense gets to formulate their own strategy and presentation.
