Just start dropping this in casual conversation. Examples of using it in a sentence:
“I can’t believe the left wing extremists made the NYT opinion editor resign because he let a republican senator write an op-ed. Did you know Hitler wrote an op-ed in the NYT?”
“Why are the left wing extremists on Reddit so hypocritical? Two weeks ago, they called protestors selfish and a health hazard. Now, they want everyone to protest in the streets.”
To trigger extra hard, drop the “left wing” and leave it ambiguous until they ask:
“Make sure to vote on November 3rd. It’s important that we keep the country out of the hand of extremists.”
I call them communists. Because, they’re communists.
This is the best phrasing. "communist" and "lefty" and "leftist" do not trigger them whatsoever, but putting the "-wing extremist" after "left" which is how they dismiss all conservatives, puts them in the exact perfect frame they need to be in for max triggering.
