This entire image of weirds with their "Wakanda Forever" scarves is right out of some low-budget fiction about how Globalists have won and start worship some weird deity or something. Also the guy not kneeling is the head priest who has some perks like being able to legally associate with white people or something. Hell, they could be kneeling to Cthulhu for that matter.
