I'm not a big fan of police, especially when it comes to threatening people for going 80 in the 70, playing in parks, and running gyms. The Demonrat line that cops are dispatched to kill people when called is, however, insane. They carry guns for self defense. Some may turn out to be petty, power-hungry murderous bastards, but the purpose of the gun is self defense.
