Only this time they exist anonymously in the shadows on 4chan, cold reading the future in a way that allows them to skip over all the things they predicted that haven't happened (yet, you see...) and claim to have forseen any easily predictable or likely happening.
Think back to Dan Rather. He was telling the world what was likely true about W, that he was awol when he should have been flying for the guard. Rove nailed him by giving him an easily provable false document with the truth printed on it in black and white. But by discrediting the origin of the document, he simultaneously discredited the actual truth as well.
