For the thousandth time I'll just ask why a super frail 75 year old man was not quarantining himself from Covid19. I did once when I was young, like really young. It was in a car crash and I remember where it was and the guy had a hook for a hand. One car T-boned another and they both got out of the cars. He stood up and walked around and blood started coming from his ear just like that. It was an old man. There was a guy on a bicycle yelling "I'm a witness, I'm a witness, I saw the whole thing". I moved out of that town when I was 9 so I was younger than 9 at the time. That was over 30 years ago.
He has such hunched posture, when he's lying flat his head wasn't even touching the ground. Not saying it couldn't have during the fall, but he wasn't lying lifeless. If you hit your head hard enough for blood to come out of your ear, you would not be lying on the ground all stiff like that guy. That much blood can not spurt out your ear that fast. It would be a slow drain. Also, was there an abrasion on his actual head? As usual, too many red flags.
It will be easy enough for the cops involved to subpoena his medical records. If the injury is real, you don't bleed like that without having visible internal injury.
