On the one hand, I can believe that basically nothing was done prior to Barr taking office in Feb. 2019. That was 16 months ago. Which is roughly, more or less, how long you'd think it could take to build a strong case in a large conspiracy case like this committed by powerful people who know how to use the letter of the law to their advantage.

But at the same time, there are numerous, easy, open and shut, piece of cake cases to be made for perjury, leaking classified info, and obstruction of justice. This applies to close to half the names we commonly see tied to the Russia Hoax.

So unless you're going for something more for all of them, a RICO type seditious conspiracy indictment for the whole lot of them, then it's hard to see a reason not to have already gotten on with it.
