I am generally seeking knowledge as to what are the things Mr. Floyd did that made him a good man. Now, nobody deserves to die over a counterfeit $20.00 (if the knee was the cause that is) but watching the extravagant funeral carried by all MSM, we are constantly reminded that this was a good man.
Looking at his arrest record, he was a cocaine trafficker and involved in arm robbery twice. One time pointing his gun at a pregnant woman’s womb. His crimes and incarcerations were almost a decade ago, and the narrative was he turned his life around, but I’m what ways? He was found to have been on fentanyl, meth, and engaged in a crime. What am I missing? Was he a youth group leader? Did he help the sick and infirm? Was he leading bible studies? This is more about the media asking us to buy into an account of someone with no facts provideD. Generally it’s fake facts, but are they creating a characterization of Floyd out of whole cloth? Again, this is solely for me to be informed as I’ve done the cursory searches online and can’t find anything.

Someone just said he worked at the homeless shelters in the city, so I tried to research that further but could find no evidence of it whatsoever other than a claim on social media.
The dailymail attempted hagiography on him was painful to read. He's "trying to turn his life around" which is keyword for he has a sordid past so let's pretend he was any different leading up to being killed/dying.
That’s what I am gathering. He is being canonized by the media and I can find no evidence to suggest he was this esteemed leader of men they claim him to be. The portion of the funeral I watched had a painting of him arm in arm with MLK and Malcolm X. Whatever your opinions are of those two may be, I don’t see how Floyd’s life accomplishments rank anywhere in the universe as those two. In fact, his life decisions should be a cautionary tale of how NOT to live, not a celebration.
