Thank you I had forgotten than example. Let me 'dig thru the Memory of my Mind" the Kowloon City was late 19th Century China, when the Brits were still 'teacup' deep in meddling in China

That's the one. An absolutely fascinating place, I must say, but I wouldn't exactly want that emulated in my city.

Thank you! All is not lost in this Antique Mind of Mine. The concept was unique, but it was lacking in details and people of ability. I'll have to read on it again, but it seems the Japs took the place in the 1920/30's, then Mao finished it off
