I actually think this is a good move by Seattle. The violent ones have self-segregated and are more easily control. I was expecting this general pattern. We braced for the worst, but this is the same thing they do every riot. Smash downtown, then head up to Capitol Hill and shit in their own house. Same MO - WTO, Occupy Wall Street, blah blah. Now they will hang out, shoot up, and suck each other off until they get bored.
