Like I said, when people resist arrest there often comes a time when they're no longer resisting. The cops look violent at that point. It's easy to say, "OMG, that cop shouldn't have done that" at the end of the encounter.
He wasn't resisting for a long time while clearly in a medical crisis that was apparent to everyone except the officers. I get that police have to deal with liars everyday, but if the guy goes limp after saying he can't breathe, people say he looks like he's dead + yell to check his pulse... then you just stay there like a dumbass continuing to hold a knee on the neck in a constricting position... you've fucked up. It'd be one thing if the whole thing happened fast, but this was a slow motion death spiral. If you have to threaten people with pepper spray because they're upset you aren't checking the pulse, you're probably in the wrong. Floyd did wrong too. Both can be true.
Yes, it was apparent to everyone except the officers who thought maybe George was faking in order to get them to lay off the pressure so he could escape.
The cop clearly removed weight from the knee on Floyd's neck.
If you take multiple drugs over a long period to weaken your heart, take multiple drugs on a certain day or during a certain week, break laws, resist arrest then you've fucked up.
I don't see how you can look at the video you just showed me and think it's remotely comparable to 4 officers who have already got a guy subdued on the ground and not actively resisting for an extended period of time.

Get off him...so he can escape.

Do you think Floyd was "tiny"?
