Put a bigger, badder wall around it and call it a day. No one in, no one out.

Every now and then, drop supplies for maybe 15 folks. Include electronic stuff (phones, tablets, chargers) that either doesn't work or works great for 2.5 minutes and then cuts off.

Then watch the fun.
