I think it is mostly what you said (cali students are fucking cancer did I say that alreayd btw?) and that the schools have empowered the lunatics with "student ambassadors" and other shitty admin titles. One prick email the president of the University. He went so HIGH up it took days for a reply because the president was like well kick this down to A, then A kicked it down to B and so on until it got all the way back down to me XD.
