I know plenty of people that just can't move.. They have kids in school and jobs they've acquired senior roles in. It should also be apparent that if a large metro area turns to crap, that can be a cancer that spreads through the nation. It won't just stay isolated.. We see that in how California has people leaving that are still voting Blue.
