I don't doubt that pandering to Evangelical white racists would be a good temporary strategy but it's not a good long-term strategy because most people are Against Racism. White people have been kidnapped and enslaved by the millions and large chucks of Europe have been colonized for centuries. When we finally managed to liberate ourselves after centuries of suffering, we brought freedom, civilization and prosperity around the world.
White people ended slavery. Whites saved hundreds of millions of blacks by sharing all our medical advances and giving an enormous amount of foreign aid, all while trying to stop blacks from exterminating each other with machetes.
Now whites welcome Africans in their countries (while African countries don't allow immigration), and what we get in return is crime, resentment, and demands for free stuff.
I don't watch Fox News. I read statistics because I want facts. And the facts are that a race that represents the 13% of the population commits the 53% of all murders and let's not even get into interracial crime.
Then obviously not every black man is a criminal; but it's a fact that you've built an identity around your race and you use that politically. I'll stop being racially conscious when blacks stops first and start protesting against "police brutality" (if that was the issue, but it isn't) instead of building a whole political movement around their race.
