...that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. - Philippians 2:10-11
Not gonna lie, the time I hated most in Catholic church was being forced to kneel for extended periods while some bloated faggot pontificated endlessly—maybe a glimpse of what hell will be like for us if we don't change our ways :)
I used to love the rainbow design...so colorful and cheerful and gay...yeah, the original meaning...now I can't wear it on any T shirt or hat without giving the wrong impression
Guess it's no different from liking pink, lavender and mulberry as colors (I like art) but not wearing them on clothing
Exactly. I think many people are ignorant to the absolute state of many churches in this country. They have been subverted. The local Democrat activist groups here in my town stage their marches at protests at churches, with their full support.
Something else people miss about the left is that they're obsessed with symbolism in a way that's very different to how we are. I think that needs further study.

Stellar observation. Symbolism will be [their] downfall, as the saying goes. (They use Satanic symbolism regularly in their dress and daily interactions.)
It's also why idiots on the left constantly try to claim the right uses "DOG WHISTLES" to secretly convey data to one another. Because they themselves do it. It's just more projection, which is a defense mechanism they must use in order to feel "sane" within the blatant insanity of their chosen ideology.
When you're a freethinking American patriot, by contrast, you see no need for "dog whistles" to message secret extremists within your ranks—you would instead root them out.
We don't do dog whistles, we just forthrightly say what's on our minds. That's one of the big benefits of being honest—having some actual virtue instead of just signaling it, being in the right and therefore on the right. When you're doing and saying the right things, you don't even think of concealing it. That would be unnatural.
The left uses symbolism to hide their true agenda, which they know is deeply wrong and horrifying to the conscience of normal people. That's why they love it. They. Are. Evil.
When left wingers cry on Twitter that "QAnon" has put kiddie porn on their computer, they are revealing that THEY put it there. These people abuse and kill children for sport. When hillary said "Vast right-wing conspiracy," she was revealing the vast LEFT-wing conspiracy. When she called us "deplorables," that was intended as cover for HER and her minions being horrendously, inconceivably deplorable.
Whatever evil they're perpetrating, they blame on someone else to "get out in front of it". And their media lapdogs lap it up and dish it out to democrat voters, who also lap it up.
We have symbols as well like Pepe. Symbolism feels a bit of a vague description if using it neutrally. Their form of symbolism is in the negative tense.
Take one example: Destroying statues.
They're not using symbols just as expression but reading too much into them, using them to express things that are inflated and putting more value into them then there really is.
I think their symbolism is also linked to their tokenism quite often.
I think in this particular image it's how seriously they take themselves. If you take scenes such as crowds doing the nazi salute or muslims curled up in prayer it's even more extreme than that.
I guess out there somewhere there are studies of symbolism. The left also consider their symbols powerful. The right consider their symbols meaningful. Roughly speaking.
Leftists tend to be more focused on English/humanities while people on the right focus more on STEM.
No wonder they always talk about symbolism like an English teacher who thinks every single little detail in a book is some sort of secret message.
The level to which they did this always bugged me. They don’t seem to understand the power of confirmation bias. If you look for symbolism in everything, you’ll find it, even when there is none.
That and if at any point you face adversity, you should expect the world to bend to your needs. Oh no I can't take a test, an event I am pretending to care deeply about to fit in has made me unable to function :( :( :'(
This is all of a stunt. A performative act. Whatever it is and for what purpose they're doing, it doesn't matter. The point is CONFORMITY. You must mindlessly follow the crowd and go along to get along.
Right. Imagine the blacklash if someone had stood up and said, "You know what, guys? This is fucking stupid. I'm not lying in the street like a damn tool."
The ridicule, the ostracization, the raw HATE they love so much to dish out
Imagine if you will, a group of young black people sitting around just hanging out and then one of them see's this photo and shows it to the rest of the group.
I can hear the howls of laughter now, the "OMG white people done lost their damn minds!"
It's a good trick. It gets a lot of power very fast for the left. It always has.
By blaming external groups for internal problems you can ratchet your power level up to awesome amounts.
It's not easy to stop. It's hard to prove convincingly that racism isn't the problem for african americans. You can point to the lack of fathers - welfare system etc. You can point to the success of nigerians - whatever..
But the idea for ANY group that its the fault not of themselves but some OTHER group is incredibly attractive. What is so attractive for white liberals is that they can feel good that they are NOT part of that BAD group.
The truth is though they are DRIVING it - creating more racism where there was none and holding back people because they want to blame their problem on others.
And right in front of a church. Get up. Go in. Do that for God. Honestly, God would let you sit on a cushioned bench.
I will kneel for NO MAN.

Note the rainbow flag at the church, tells you all you need to know.
I am so disappointed how they have taken the rainbow, a sign of Hope from the Bible, and turned it into Gay Pride
No beautiful symbolism for western civilization
ikr

They've also taken the word "gay", just like they stole the word "liberal". Both words meant something completely different.
God made the rainbow as a promise.
And the devil came and deceives man to use it in corruption.

Missed that
I find it ironic that they are protesting outside a "woke" church. It's flying a fuckin' rainbow flag.
missed that
Yeah but the church is flying a fag flag. Ain't gonna be learning anything in there about The Kingdom other than apostasy.
I completely missed that.
You mean that church where the most prominent symbol seen from the outside is gay pride flag?
I missed it!
All the lefty colleges teach these days is the new tiktok trends or SJW pandering

If you dare disagree, you can get fired or face serious backlash. If you dare say something like Blue Lives Matter they will tear you apart.
