News flash: the shelters that provide food to the homeless are closed because they were destroyed or shutdown for safety and the homeless can’t panhandle when people with money are not around. They’ll continue to eat your food because you’ve taken away their other options.
They truly know nothing. Homelessness has been an impossible to solve problem for even the absolute richest of places, which take strict enforcement on those people. Now you decide to let them have an equal seat at the table and no control of their actions that harm others?
