Sorry to disappoint you, but there is no conservative secular religion. Our God is the creator of the universe and our savior is Jesus Christ, everything else are false idols. Conservative values come from biblical values directly, and those values are consistent throughout history. We don't need a replacement of religion because there's never been a void of religion.
