12 years ago the Seattle Police would just straight up shoot you for looking at them. The hammer dropped and now like the Portland police they are completely neutered and not allowed to enforce laws. They are so scared of being labeled a racist and going to prison that the safest thing for them to do is run away. I would be terrified to be a cop right now. If there is one thing big bad dudes in prison hate more than child molesters, it's cops.
I think you are going to see a massive drop off in police applicants as fallout from this. I used to toy with the idea of becoming one. There is no way in hell I would do it now, especially as a white guy.

The best you and I can do is form local militias to fill the void in the police force. At the very least arm ourselves heavily, learn to shoot, self-defense and maintenance.
