That doesn't make any logical sense. You could have 99 ingroup preference while still not believing you're better then another race, or any other sort of racial ideologies. Correlation is not causation.
There was a socialist commune in Japan. They had a routine of "admitting" to selfishness sins to the group and then receiving punishment.
