This is apparently the source:

However, you must register in order to obtain the report/data.

Here's the article I originally found it on, may not go into all the data in depth. https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/americas-white-saviors

There's enough that it's worthing quoting. Regarding the first graph:

Remarkably, white liberals were the only subgroup exhibiting a pro-outgroup bias—meaning white liberals were more favorable toward nonwhites and are the only group to show this preference for group other than their own. Indeed, on average, white liberals rated ethnic and racial minority groups 13 points (or half a standard deviation) warmer than whites.

The -13.17 is the difference between how they feel about their own group, vs. everyone else. White liberals apparently loathe themselves, or were simply virtue-signaling by rating everyone else higher. On the other hand the net difference among blacks, Hispanics, and Asians was even more positive (i.e. preferring their own group) than white conservatives.

I found this graph (in the article) even more interesting:

On average, white conservatives in this survey didn't believe that the various ethnic and racial groups have a significant disadvantage or advantage. Moderates assigned predictable rankings, but only slightly. Leftists just widened the rankings further.
