Dude, I've been to MI a few times for work and I AGREE - your roads have two problems that make them some of the worst in the nation:
They're shit. Honestly some of the biggest potholes I've ever hit.
There are miles of medians everywhere making turning around fucking impossible.
I genuinely hated driving around in MI. The only place worse so far was PA, where roads are also shit but they seem to have very little highways, so a lot of driving is done through twisty residential areas so driving 10 miles takes 45 mins. MA (Boston area) is similar and I chalked both areas up to being so old that the roads were mapped out aeons ago.
We have very lax weight restrictions for large trucks because of the auto industry. There are stop offs at the state lines so they can unload and redistribute.
Only one helicopter won't be nearly enough to take care of all the commies in that state .. may have to just use it for the protesters at this event, and come back for the guvner and the rest in a few weeks.
